By default, we will be bringing you the Zhongruan with nylon frets, however, if you need the steel frets, you can chat with us to let us know.
For nylon frets, they give the Zhongruan a more rounded tone color due to their gentler nature. For steel frets on the other hand, their hardy character gives the Zhongruan a more strident tone.
An important part of sound production, the bridge is constructed from quality Maple and Ebony. With the brightness of Maple and sonority of Ebony, this is a perfect mix of qualities for the Zhongruan.
