Wanting to only provide the best products for our customers, our instruments have undergone many rounds of vetting and quality checks by luthiers both locally and abroad. Our onsite luthiers will assist in further customizing your instrument’s tone, creating a bespoke sound that hits all the right notes for you.
An instrument’s tone and touch can be customized to a large degree via changing its strings, bridge, damper, and other accessories. Do feel free to contact us to let us know how you will like your instrument to be set up before postage.
Instruments for local orders will be pre-tuned, with a final check being conducted before we deliver them to you. Additionally, we will enclose a guiding blueprint that demarcates where the bridges should be set up. Fine tuning will be required again after installation of bridges.
