Our Guzhengs come with a 1 year warranty that covers for manufacturing defects. If you have any problems with the Guzheng, you can contact us to let us know what issues you are facing.
Do note that we do not cover for damages caused by user accidentally or intentionally. String breakages are also not covered.
Refund and returns request will only be fulfilled if there is out-of-box failures or missing packages, more details can be found here.

Zhuque is a Guzheng-making and research department within the Xi’an Conservatory of Music founded in 1958. Zhuque provides Guzheng to Xi’an Conservatory students and for those who don’t know, with regards to Chinese Instrumental Courses, the Xi’an Conservatory is one of the top five conservatories in China. Top players such as Chen Hao Ru, Wang Zhong Shan, Zhou Yanjia and Zhou Wang have performed using the Zhuque Guzheng.
Zhuque is the 2nd biggest brand in Guzheng-making (2nd only to Shanghai Dunhuang Yichang) and is well known for its exquisite craft and product excellence. Zhuque is definitely a brand that you can trust.
Together with the power of the German Roslau steel core nylon wounded strings specially made by Zhuque, and the finest selected material of paulownia for its soundboard, this is a Guzheng to be reckoned with. Carefully air-dried in a controlled environment over 6 years, this soundboard is seasoned to perfection to produce the signature Rich, Bright and Vibrant Zhuque sound that you will want to possess.
The top soundboard and the frame of the Guzheng is actually carved out from a single piece of wood (unjointed). The frame is also protected with a layer of exquisite Red Huali Rosewood high gloss finishing (like a piano). The unjointed high quality paulownia wood between the frame and soundboard of the Guzheng gives this Guzheng its signature irresistible Zhuque tone color.
The bottom board of the Zhuque 613 Guzheng is also made of paulownia wood in order to resonate with a warm and beautiful highs and lows. Amplifying the room in a uniform manner to bring you the type of sound that is crystal clear and resonant.
Following a classic design, this Guzheng focuses its efforts on the woodgrains of the decorative panel. Boasting an elegant and delicate look with Red Huali Rosewood, and Burl Madrone wood, finished with a high gloss piano finish. A classic and timeless looking guzheng that will look great in any setting.
