Our Guzhengs come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Should you have any problems with Guzheng, you can contact us to let us know the issues you are facing.
Please be informed that we do not cover accidental or intentional damages caused by the user. String breakages are also not covered.
Refund and return requests will only be fulfilled if there are out-of-box failures of missing packages.

Colored a deeply luxurious auburn, this Guzheng frame is diligently crafted from premium cuts of the Bubinga Wood. A classic design, this exotic wood is especially durable compared to its close counterparts, possessing high density. A worthy Guzheng that will serve you well through your music journey.
Using only premium selections of White rosewood, these bridges are made to the shape of the Dunhuang Guzheng soundboard so that the vibrations from the strings could travel to the soundboard well and thus maximizing the tonal projection of the Guzheng.
Complementing the top soundboard, this Grade 1 backboard is made from the same type of wood as the top soundboard to resonate in the similar fashion so that the sound could be amplified in a uniform manner to bring you the type of sound that is crystal clear and resonant.
The decorative panel carved with fanciful patterns is carefully and individually inlaid. Pieced with abalone shells and Mother of Pearl, the alternating placement of these materials creates a absolutely immaculate display of detail.
